Triton Partners - Proposed acquisition of 100% of Flender Group GmbH

Khaitan & Co represented funds advised by Triton Partners in relation to the proposed acquisition of 100% of Flender Group GmbH (including its Indian subsidiaries Flender Drives Pvt Ltd and Flender Drive Systems Pvt Ltd) from its existing shareholder Caryle, a global investment firm. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions and is expected to close by Q4 2026.
